As part of the university’s voluntary retirement plan offerings, employees are eligible for a FREE, confidential financial counseling session. A one-on-one consultation provides guidance to help you maximize your retirement savings and plan for other goals. Retirement representatives are seasoned financial professionals, on staff with Fidelity and TIAA, and are non-commissioned to ensure that UM employees receive unbiased information. Fidelity and TIAA are both on the UMSL campus on a monthly basis to help you get the most out of retirement. In addition to campus appointments, the Retirement representatives can meet at your convenience — at a designated location or over the phone. Best of all, there is no fee for this added benefit.
