New Ticketing System for Help Desk (help.umsl.edu) Launches Feb. 24, 2025

TeamDynamix (TDX), a comprehensive ticketing system, will replace Cherwell, the University of Missouri’s current service management platform.

TDX will go live on Feb. 24, 2025. When you submit a ticket to the Help Desk at help.umsl.edu, you will notice the main page will look different, but all of the Help Desk services will still be available, for example, ordering University Computer Program (UCP) computers for new users, Wi-Fi assistance, etc. To see the new Help Desk main page, see screenshot. IPRM

IPRM stands for IT Portfolio and Relationship Manager (IPRM).

What is the role of an IPRM?

The IPRM works closely with the campus community and serves as a conduit for ideas and techniques that allow for the use of technology to support the mission of the University. The IPRM helps customers understand how technology can make their lives easier. They work closely to actively listen, interpret, and understand how functional units, colleges, and departments operate from the perspective of their members. The IPRM will document processes and seek to understand how technology can create efficiencies in business and workflow processes.

Who is my IPRM?
