TeamDynamix (TDX), a comprehensive ticketing system, will replace Cherwell, the University of Missouri’s current service management platform.
TDX will go live on Feb. 24, 2025. When you submit a ticket to the Help Desk at help.umsl.edu, you will notice the main page will look different, but all of the Help Desk services will still be available, for example, ordering University Computer Program (UCP) computers for new users, Wi-Fi assistance, etc. For additional information about TDX, read more…
