Janet M. Holloway, senior vice president and chief of staff and community relations at Monsanto, will speak on “Choosing Change – Building a Career” at 5:30 p.m. March 16 in the Summit Lounge at the J.C. Penney Conference Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Holloway is a twenty-six year veteran of the company. Prior to her current position, she held several others in the company’s information technology division and as chief information officer. She also served six years as a staff research associate at Washington University’s Center for Air Pollution Impact and Trend Analysis.

The lecture is part of the UMSL Executive Leadership Consortium’s Distinguished Speaker Series, which features a leader of notable achievement to discuss current business topics.

A reception will follow the lecture at 6:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, and sponsored by UMSL’s Executive Leadership Consortium, Office of Alumni Relations, College of Business Administration and the E. Desmond Lee Endowed Professorship for Development Women Entrepreneurs.
