Mary Lacity, Curators’ Professor of Information Systems at UMSL, talks with Larry Frederick, chief information officer for campus information technology systems operations, about his book “The Dodgson Chronicles” at the annual Faculty Author Reception Dec. 5 in the St. Louis Mercantile Library. What started as the brainchild of College of Arts and Sciences Dean Ron Yasbin five years ago has now become an amazing way to showcase faculty excellence. Now sponsored by all the the deans, the event featured the work of more than 40 UMSL scholars.

The photograph was taken by UMSL photographer August Jennewein and is the latest to be featured in Eye on UMSL.
