Self-described “photo addict” Jeff Appel, owner of Photography Past & Present, is eager to get the word out that the St. Louis Fine Print, Rare Book and Paper Arts Fair also includes photography. Appel represents more than 30 photographers across six countries, with contemporary pieces as well as works dating back as far as the mid-19th century.
