Eye on UMSL: Hackathon planning

University of Missouri–St. Louis students meet last Thursday evening in Anheuser-Busch Hall to discuss marketing, logistics, speakers and other aspects of the 2024 Women’s Hackathon. The event is organized by students with guidance from Assistant Teaching Professor Damon Walker from the Department of Information Systems and Technology.

The Women’s Hackathon will be held from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on April 13 in the UMSL Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. Open to the public, it will feature a friendly competition, networking opportunities and a chance to win prizes. There is no experience required, and anyone interested may register at bit.ly/umslwomenshackathon.
