The St. Louis Business Journal and Construction Forum STL recently featured the progress of the Transform UMSL initiative. Two projects on North Campus, both part of the $110 million project, are moving toward completion. The Richter Family Welcome and Alumni Center, which will serve as the new front door to the university, is scheduled for completion in December, while renovations to the north part of the former J.C. Penney Center are expected to be completed in the spring of 2026.
