The test, held on the UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center lawn, is modeled after the United States Marine Corps “Combat Fitness Test” and was open to everyone regardless of fitness level. The modified course featured running, an ammo can lift, a sled drag and more. Scores were based on individual performance.
