The St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra will open its 2012-13 at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. The orchestra will accompany Greek tenor and Sony Classical recording artist Mario Frangoulis, who will make his first St. Louis appearance by arrangement with the Horatio Alger Association.
