The University of Missouri–St. Louis Symphonic Band will perform a concert at 7:30 p.m. May 3 in the E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center. The concert is free and open to the public.

The UMSL Symphonic Band, led by Gary Brandes, director of bands at UMSL, will perform music composed by David Maslanka, William Schuman, Percy Aldridge Grainger, Malcolm Arnold, Michael D. Krueger, Samuel R. Hazo and Johann Strauss.

The concert is sponsored by the Department of Music at UMSL. The Touhill is on the North Campus at UMSL, One University Blvd. in St. Louis County (63121).
