Piano students at the University of Missouri–St. Louis will present a wonderful evening of piano music at 7:30 p.m. April 11 in the E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center at UMSL.

The University Piano Studio features the students of Alla Voskoboynikova, teaching associate professor of music and director of keyboard studies.

“This concert will feature practically every piano student I have in my studio at UMSL, which is absolutely wonderful and unique,” she said.

The program will consist of all newly-learned pieces that the students haven’t performed yet. The students will perform a wide variety of musical styles, from Bach, Beethoven and Brahms to Rachmaninov, Aresnky and Bartok. The evening will also feature a performance by UMSL alumnus Daniel Yavitz.

The event is free and open to the public.
