Come out to Gallery FAB at the University of Missouri–St. Louis Thursday (April 12) and see what five hours of hard work looks like.

That’s how long it took to install the senior thesis exhibit by Bachelor of Fine Arts photography students. Pitching in last Saturday were students, a few of their dads and several alumni. The exhibit will be on display through April 20 in Gallery FAB at UMSL. An opening reception will take place April 12 from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is free and the exhibit is open to the public.

The exhibit will feature work by nine photography students of Dan Younger, professor of art at UMSL, including Virginia Harold, Lindsey Lehmuth, Sarah Lowe, Jennifer Meahan, Tara Meier, Angela Nevois, Roxanna Palmer, Erica Thompson and Edward Whealon.

Gallery FAB is at 201 Fine Arts Building at UMSL, Florissant Road and Rosedale Drive in Normandy, Mo. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The “2012 Senior Thesis Exhibition” is sponsored by the Department of Art and Art History at UMSL.
