The American Jobs Act introduced by President Barack Obama could impact about 120,000 Missouri firms and 260,000 Illinois firms, according to White House estimates.

Keith Womer, dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, spoke with KMOV (Channel 4) on Monday about the possible benefits to the region’s economy.
