Each week, the Department of Athletics at the University of Missouri–St. Louis compiles a roundup of how the various UMSL Tritons teams have fared. Click on the headings below for an up-to-date look at each Tritons team.

BASEBALL
The UMSL baseball team posted a 4-1 record last week, including taking three of four games from Drury University (Springfield, Mo.) in a weekend series. The Tritons also defeated McKendree University (Lebanon, Ill.), 13-2, in non-league play. UMSL will host Missouri University of Science & Technology (Rolla) 2:30 p.m. today (May 8) in the final regular season game. A win also gives the Tritons a bid to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament, which begins Thursday (May 10) in Evansville, Ind., while a loss will bring the season to a close. UMSL stands at 28-19 overall and 19-14 in the GLVC.

WOMEN’S GOLF
After two complete rounds at the NCAA East Regional in Findlay, Ohio, the UMSL women’s golf team sits in sixth place in the nine-team field. The Tritons fired a 320 on each of their first two rounds with the final 18 holes being played today. Individually, junior Shweta Galande is tied for 11th place with a 153 (79-74).

MEN’S GOLF
Sophomore Joe Atkisson opened NCAA Midwest/South Central Regional play with an 83 on Monday in Jefferson City, Mo. Round two is being played today, while the final 18 holes will be played tomorrow.
