The one-hour broadcast of the “St. Louis Mayoral Primary Forum” will begin at 11 a.m. and will include the three candidates seeking the Democratic nomination for St. Louis mayor — incumbent Mayor Francis Slay, Aldermanic President Lewis Reed and former St. Louis Alderman Jimmie Matthews. “St. Louis on the Air” host Don Marsh will serve as the forum’s moderator.
