The embassy suites had such fabulous staff. It’s unbelievable how congenial and accommodating they were. Although we had to wait an our and a half or so for our rooms, the friendly staff worked together to hold our luggage, supplied us water, and gave some great suggestions for where to eat. There are so many things that I could say, but suffice to say: phenomenal start.
