UMSL observatory to hold open house

The observatory open house will feature a viewing of the following celestial objects: Saturn, Jupiter, Hercules Cluster, Alberio and Ring Nebula.

The observatory open house will feature a viewing of the following celestial objects: Saturn, Jupiter, Hercules Cluster, Alberio and Ring Nebula.

All open houses include a viewing of the first quarter moon, along with additional nebulae and galaxies. In the case of inclement weather, the open house will be at 9 p.m. on Aug. 2.
