UMSL professor says rural outsourcing can cut costs

Mary Lacity, professor of information systems at UMSL, is an expert on outsourcing.

Mary Lacity, professor of information systems at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, has conducted research and published extensively on outsourcing issues. Lacity was recently quoted on the topic of rural outsourcers. The article, “Rural Outsourcers Vie for Offshoring Dollars,” ran Sept. 23 in Bloomberg Businessweek on Bloomberg.com.
