A political scientist will discuss “Dealing with Russian Obama Style” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 10 in Century Room C in the Millennium Student Center at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Robert Legvold, the Marshall D. Schulman Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science at Columbia University in New York, and an expert in international relations of the post-Soviet states, will explain the challenges and opportunities Russia poses to U.S. foreign policy, why Russia matters and the Obama administration’s Russia agenda and strategy.

The lecture is sponsored by the Center for International Studies at UMSL.
