UMSL Tritons freshman Alexis Lawrence scored 16 points to help the women's basketball team win their lone game of the week.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
UMSL moved its winning streak to four games with a 74-64 victory over future Great Lakes Valley Conference member McKendree University (Lebanon, Ill.) last Saturday (Dec. 10) in the lone contest of the week. Junior Charlie Woods scored a season-high 20 points and added seven rebounds and three steals to help the Tritons to the win. UMSL now stands at 5-3 on the season.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
The UMSL women’s basketball team snapped a two-game losing streak by posting an 82-70 victory over Missouri Baptist University (Creve Coeur, Mo.) last Saturday. Senior Caitlyn Moody scored 21 points, while freshman Alexis Lawrence added 16 points. The Tritons are now 4-3 overall.
