Senior midfielder Almin Sabotic of the UMSL men's soccer team was named to the 2011 Men's NCAA Division II All-Midwest Region Third Team.

Senior midfielder Almin Sabotic of the University of Missouri–St. Louis men’s soccer team has been named to the 2011 Men’s NCAA Division II All-Midwest Region Third Team. The National Soccer Coaches Association of America compiled the All-Midwest Region teams.

Sabotic, first team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference and first team Daktronics All-Midwest Region honoree earlier this season, recorded seven goals and five assists for the Tritons this season, and paced the squad with 19 points.

His efforts on the field helped UMSL to an 8-5-4 overall mark, including a 7-5-3 league mark.
