Chancellor Tom George congratulates Ann T. Piening McMahon after she received her doctorate in education Dec. 17 at Fall Commencement. English alum Marty Ambrose builds on a lifelong love of poetry in the classroom and in her historical mysteries
Ambrose has written a trilogy on Claire Clairmont, a writer and the stepsister of Mary Shelley, as well as “The Lost Dresses of Italy,” which explores the life of Victorian poet Christina Rossetti.
