Each week, the Department of Athletics at the University of Missouri–St. Louis compiles a roundup of how the various UMSL Tritons teams have fared. Click on the headings below for an up-to-date look at each Tritons team.

WOMEN’S TENNIS
The UMSL women’s tennis claimed four titles at the Hinds-Kellogg Tennis Invite last weekend, hosted by Western Illinois University (Macomb). Freshman Natalia Vaz de Carvalhais and junior Danielle Henkel paced the Tritons with each winning their respective singles flights before teaming together to take the title at No. 2 doubles. Vaz de Carvalhais won the No. 2 singles draw, while Henkel claimed the No. 7 singles flight. Also for UMSL, freshman Renee Verboven was the winner at No. 3 singles.

MEN’S SOCCER
The UMSL men’s soccer team suffered a pair of Great Lakes Valley Conference home losses last weekend, falling 1-0 to Lewis University (Romeoville, Ill.) on Friday and 2-0 to the University of Wisconsin–Parkside on Sunday. UMSL is now 6-5 on the season, including 5-4 in the GLVC travels to the University of Indianapolis and Saint Joseph’s College (Rensselaer, Ind.) this weekend.

WOMEN’S SOCCER
The UMSL women’s soccer team defeated Lewis University on Saturday behind a Brittany Harbaugh penalty kick, but suffered a 2-0 loss to the University of Wisconsin–Parkside on Sunday. UMSL is now 3-7-1 overall, and 3-6 in the GLVC and travels to the University of Indianapolis and Saint Joseph’s College this weekend.

VOLLEYBALL
The UMSL volleyball team bounced back from a 3-2 loss at Bellarmine University (Louisville, Ky.) on Saturday to rally for a 3-2 win at McKendree University (Lebanon, Ill.) on Sunday. The Tritons trailed, 2-0, against the Bearcats before winning the final three sets to secure the win. Senior Liz Jaeger had 24 kills and 13 digs, while freshman Lindsay Meyer dished out 41 assists. UMSL is 6-13 overall and5-4 in the GLVC. They travel to Aurora, Ill., this weekend for the GLVC-GLIAC Crossover Tournament.
