MEN’S SOCCER
The UMSL men’s soccer lost a 2-1 decision at Rockhurst University (Kansas City, Mo.) on Sunday in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament championship as the Hawks netted the game-winning goal with 54 seconds to play. The Tritons advanced to the title game with a 2-1 victory over Quincy (Ill.) University in Friday night’s semifinal. Senior Ajdin Dedic scored the game-winner and assisted on Tyler Collico’s goal.

VOLLEYBALL
The UMSL volleyball team went 3-0 last week, sweeping Maryville University (Town and Country, Mo.) and the University of Illinois Springfield and defeating Quincy University 3-1. Senior Liz Jaeger averaged 5.2 kills and 3.6 digs per set to pace the Tritons.
