Sophomore biochemistry and biotechnology major Chris Wilke (at left) shows off the spider plant he chose to buy at the recent Biology Graduate Student Association plant sale. Biology graduate students Meghann Humphries and Camilo Calderon (at right) agree he picked out a winner.

Proceeds of the annual event go to support UMSL biology graduate students, helping fund research, travel and visiting speakers.
