Emerson Community Scholarship Program recipients (from left) Fredrick Muikia, Jorden Hendree, Donyell Nelson, Emma Norman, Maleah Lucas, Alayna Epps, Davona Rankins, Awa Konte and Christian Girma express their individual personalities through their unique jumps in the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center Emerson Grand Promenade. Five years ago, Emerson donated $1.5 million in UMSL scholarships to North County high school students. Since 2015, the scholarship has benefited 64 individuals.
