Associate Teaching Professor Keiko Ueda leads a Japanese Tea Ceremony workshop last Thursday in Clark Hall at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. UMSL students had an opportunity to learn about each step in the traditional tea ceremony, including how to make a bowl of matcha tea and how to use traditional utensils. The event was made possible by a College of Arts and Sciences Community Engaged Grant.
