St. Louis County Executive Dr. Sam Page (at right) spoke with University of Missouri–St. Louis Chancellor Kristin Sobolik and Tim Nowak, the executive director of World Trade Center St. Louis, on Wednesday morning before delivering his annual State of the County Address in the E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center.

Page unveiled a new logo for St. Louis County during the address and also spoke about Clayco’s plans to expand operations and increase jobs by moving into a former Express Scripts Building across I-70 from the UMSL campus.

The event also provided an opportunity to showcase the UMSL campus and members of the community, including music student Arissa Ford-Jones, who performed the national anthem before Page’s address.
