Eboni Valentine, the marketing and communications coordinator in the College of Business Administration, adds sauce to her plate of soul food at the Black History Month kickoff event last Thursday on the third floor of the Millennium Student Center. The Office of Student Involvement organized the lunchtime event, which gave students, faculty and staff members an opportunity to sample traditional soul food dishes, including fried catfish, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, cornbread and peach cobbler.
