Hiroko Yoshii, an assistant teaching professor in Japanese at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, demonstrates different ways to form onigiri, Japanese rice balls. The Japanese cooking demonstration was part of a series of events for National Foreign Language Week hosted by the Department of Language and Cultural Studies last week.
