UMSL is welcoming more than 100 international students from 30 countries into the campus community for the start of the fall semester next Monday. Global Triton Welcome, a weeklong orientation event, kicked off Monday morning and is designed to help international students get acclimated to campus. The students have the opportunity to tour campus and will spend this week taking part in information sessions led by members of the UMSL Global staff on university and American life with a focus on topics such as visas, finances, ways to get involved on campus and academic programming.
