Leonid Pugachev, an assistant professor of finance, puts his son on his shoulders to help him attempt a shot at the basketball hoop at the Mark Twain Athletic Center during “Bring a Child To Work Day” on April 23 at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Children who accompanied their parents to work that day made several stops across campus to get a taste of some of the work happening at the university. In addition to visiting with student-athletes and coaches in Mark Twain, they had the opportunity to visit the Esports Arena, Geospatial Collaborative, Department of Biology, UMSL Police Department, Recreation and Wellness Center and UMSL Global.
