Jason Cannon, visiting assistant professor of theater and dance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, delivers the St. Crispin’s Day speech from William Shakespeare’s “Henry V.” The Northwinds Concert Band accompanies Cannon on Oct. 27, 2008 during the Bands Across The Sea concert at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center.
