Date/Time: October 6, 2012 8:00 PM
Location: Lee Theater, Touhill Performing Arts Center

Today, Uruguayan-born pianist Polly Ferman performs Latin American music on the most prestigious stages in the world. Ferman is an essential part of the Latin American music today; her numerous recordings constitute one of the world’s most extensive collections of Latin American repertoire, including habaneras, milongas and tangos. Sponsored by International Studies and Programs, the Department of Music, and Women in the Arts at the University of Missouri–St. Louis with support of the Regional Arts Commission, St. Louis.
