Hello. I am Alexius Gandy, a Graduate Student at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I study Information Systems and Gender Studies, a great combination for women in Computing and Information Systems. I attended the Celebration last year and garnered alot of support, insights, and an increased network. This year I intend on strengthening those relationships and supporting some of the research projects that associates I met last year are working on and presenting at the poster session. Some of these projects were in its conceptual phase and dealt directly with women in technology, their economic mobility, and ways to encourage other women to join the global economy.
