The University of Missouri–St. Louis women’s tennis and women’s basketball teams have been named recipients of the inaugural Great Lakes Valley Conference Team Academic Award.

On the women’s side, 10 volleyball teams posted a GPA of 3.30 or better to lead all GLVC sports for the most teams represented on the distinguished list. Women’s soccer followed with nine teams and eight GLVC women’s cross country teams earned the honor.
