The Civil War and the Railroads

Barriger III, will discuss how the ability — or inability — of each side to move significant numbers of troops by rail decided the outcome of major battles during the war.

For this project, PRC Photography Project conducted workshops with a multi-generational group of St. Louis area deaf and hearing-impaired people, ASL interpreters, and teachers working with deaf students.
