Women’s Basketball
The University of Missouri–St. Louis went 1-1 at the Pops Duncan Classic, hosted by Trevecca Nazarene last weekend. The UMSL Tritons suffered a 71-67 loss to the host school before rebounding with a 71-57 victory over Grand Valley State. Senior Jessica Zavoral averaged 17 points to lead UMSL. The Tritons (2-1) will host the Hilton Holiday Classic this Friday and Saturday. UMSL will entertain Harris Stowe on Friday and Missouri Baptist on Saturday. Both games are set to tip-off at 3 p.m.

Men’s Basketball
UMSL posted a 99-70 win over Robert Morris-Springfield on Saturday afternoon. The Tritons had six players in double figure scoring, led by senior Femi John‘s 21 points. The Tritons (2-2) will host Hannibal LaGrange on Friday at 7 p.m. and Missouri Valley on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Volleyball
UMSL saw its season come to an end with a 3-0 loss at Lewis on Friday night in the quarterfinals of the GLVC Tournament. The Tritons end the 2013 campaign with a 17-15 record.
