UMSL Tritons weekly rewind

The women's basketball team ended one of the best seasons in school history in heartbreaking fashion with a 69-66 loss to Drury in the GLVC Tournament semifinals.

Junior guard Arielle Jackson landed on the Great Lakes Valley Conference all-tournament team after averaging 21.5 points in two games last week in Edwardsville, Illinois, but her game-high 24 points weren’t enough for the Tritons to stave off a season-ending 69-66 loss to eventual champion Drury in Saturday’s semifinal.
