Director of Choral Studies Jim Henry directs members of University Singers and Vocal Point during a concert last month at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center on the campus of the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

The powerful concert titled “Life has… (A choral journey)” commemorated life’s many chapters, including its joys, adventures and sorrows. University Singers, Vocal Point and Voices of Jubilation appeared together in the concert, which featured works of composers and poets including Johannes Brahms, Eriks Esenvalds, the Beatles, James Mulholland, Sara Teasdale and William Shakespeare.

This concert was one of several performances produced by the Department of Music to close out the spring semester.
