In 1992, Missouri voters overwhelmingly approved a lifetime limit of eight years in each of the Missouri Senate and House of Representatives. Twenty years later, the Center for Ethics in Public Life’s conference “Term Limits: Two Decades of Lessons” will explore in detail the positive and negative effects of the policy on state legislative processes and participants will
