The Nonprofit Management & Leadership Program at the University of Missouri–St. Louis will present the Internal Revenue Service Workshop for 501(c)(3) Small- & Medium-Sized Organizations on April 30 at the J.C. Penney Building/Conference Center on UMSL’s North Campus. For one day only, tax-exempt organizations, tax and legal professionals, and those who work and volunteer at 501(c)(3) organizations can learn about important IRS regulations straight from IRS tax representatives.

Tax season is in full swing but for some people the cost of preparing the annual returns can be taxing. Students from the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri–St. Louis want to ease the burden by offering free tax preparation services to low-income taxpayers and senior citizens through April 13 at various locations.
