Brawley founded the St. Louis LGBT History Project in 2007. He also authored “Gay and Lesbian St. Louis” and has served as a trustee for the State Historical Society of Missouri.
The event celebrated creative and academic works by UMSL LGBTQ+ students and allies.
Eikmann discovered her passion for history and English while taking honors classes at UMSL. Her research on suffragist Virginia Minor was featured in a U.S. Courts production.
