The University of Missouri–St. Louis Concert Band and UMSL Brass Choir will perform at 7:30 p.m. April 28 in the E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center at UMSL. Admission is free and open to the public.

The UMSL Concert Band, a 39-piece ensemble, will perform “Pacific Perimeter” by John Higgins, Emperata Overture by Claude T. Smith, “Danse Bacchanale” from “Samson and Delilah” by Camille Saint-Saens, “March” from Second Suite in F by Gustav Holst and “American Riversongs” by Pierre La Plante.

The UMSL Brass Choir, an 18-piece ensemble, will perform “Water Music” by George Frederick Handel and Moderato from Symphony for Brass Choir, op. 5 by Victor Ewald.

The Touhill is on UMSL’s North Campus, One University Blvd. in St. Louis, Mo. 63121. The concert is sponsored by the Department of Music at UMSL.
