Julianne Malveaux, noted labor economist, author and political commentator, will speak Jan. 21 at the annual Martin Luther King Holiday observance at UMSL. The event will begin at 10 a.m. in the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center on UMSL’s North Campus.
