Men’s Golf re-enters Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll at No. 21

UMSL is coming off its first-ever GLVC Championship and placed in the top four in four straight previous tournaments.

The University of Missouri–St. Louis men’s golf team has re-entered the Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll, coming in at No. 21 this week.

The UMSL Tritons opened the season ranked No. 23 and after falling out of the Top 25 during the fall season, continued to be among those receiving votes.

UMSL is coming off its first-ever Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship and placed in the top four in four straight tournaments before the GLVC Championships.

Nova Southeastern received 15 first-place votes to stay atop the poll. The Sharks have been the top-ranked team in Division II golf for six straight rankings.

The Tritons received the GLVC’s automatic bid to the NCAA Regional and will being postseason play May 4 in Lemont, Ill.
