Derrik Wiggins is one of two UMSL College of Education alumni who recently received Teacher of the Year awards from their respective school districts. Wiggins won the award from Kansas City Public Schools in Kansas City, Mo. Katelyn Freiert (pictured below) received the award in St. Charles County, MO.
