The Arianna String Quartet, the resident quartet at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, will continue its 2009-10 season with “Revolution!” The concert will begin at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 in the E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center at UMSL. Tickets are $37 to $42.

The quartet will devote the concert to Ludwig van Beethoven’s entire Op. 18 Quartets. The evening will begin with wine, cheese and a pre-concert discussion with the Arianna String Quartet. The concert will follow with the quartet’s performances of six works by Beethoven.  

The Arianna String Quartet includes John McGrosso, violin; David Gillham, violin; Joanna Mendoza, viola; and Kurt Baldwin, cello.
