Description: The speaker for the annual Psi Chi Lecture in Psychology is Dr. Richard Harvey from St. Louis University. His talk is entitled “Organizational Identity and Piping”. Dr. Harvey is an Associate Professor at St. Louis University with research interests in both Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology. His research focuses on Collective Identity and Identification (e.g., Organizational, Work-group, Racial) and how these factors relate to phenomena such as organizational attitudes and performance and prejudice and social stigma.
